About Us

Alexey Cubas is a Cuban-Swiss visual artist based in Zurich since 2014. His gestural abstract painting grows from the collision of two worlds — the Cuba he left behind and the Switzerland that took him in. Each work is a layer of migration, memory, and identity.

Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cuba (2008) and a member of the National Registry of Creators since 2011, Alexey has exhibited in galleries across Havana, Granma, and Zurich. His work has been recognized with national and international awards.

AC Shop is his official store. Here you will find original works available to private collectors — unique paintings, no reproductions, no editions. When a piece sells, it's gone forever.

Alongside his painting practice, Alexey runs AC Tattoo Studio in Zurich, where the same philosophy applies: every piece is one of a kind, organic, unrepeatable.
